Next day dispatch: Local Standard shipping 2-4 working days.

For our Lace Front that come from Victoria Australia these take 5-8 working days.

  • Sabre & Co Ltd location: Currently Waikato (moving to Northshore 2020) all orders are dispatched from the Auckland Warehouse.

'Receipted Delivery' service will require your signature when the parcel is delivered.

If you are not available at time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office. ​

 

NO over night or Express shipping.

Please Note: New Zealand and International customers to this site warrant, understand and agree to the following:

-  Any customs charges, duties, or tariffs for their destination country are included in price of item purchased. 

-  Customers understand that if customs impounds the goods sent from us, charges &/or cost of goods will not be refunded.

- Customers understand that if the goods are returned to us, the customer will be charged additional delivery fees to resend the parcel.

RETURN POLICY

For change of mind, we offer a 5 Day No Hassle Exchange Policy on the proviso that the exchange garment meets the conditions as set out in the below terms:

 

- Any labels are still attached to the product.

- Products are returned in the original undamaged box.

- The product has not been worn (except to try on for size)

- The product has not been damaged or soiled.

- The product has not been altered by you in any way.

- The product is accompanied by the original invoice.

- We do not accept returns for latex wear, pantyhose, stockings and stocking type bodysuits.

 

Please remember to wear a liner when trying on your lingerie bottom or an outfit that has a panty bottom. We trust that most people are honest and will take the time to try on lingerie carefully.

 

For faulty products, Sabre & Co  offer a 5 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, from the date you receive your product. We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of our products, however true to our high level of customer service, we will always endeavor to keep our customers satisfied and happy.

 

If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If we cannot replace the product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.

- Reason why you are returning the product : Don't like it , doesn't suit, doesn't fit. 

- Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved : Want exchange or refund.

Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.
